Good Luck Publishers Limited are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This policy explains how we use the information we collect about you and the procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy whilst you use the website.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

The information we collect and how we use it

When you register with Good Luck Publishers Limited and/or place an order, we need to know your name, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date, email address and telephone number. This information allows us to fulfil your order and notify you of the status of your order. All orders are fulfilled using a third party service provider and we will therefore pass on your details to that service provider so that they can deliver your goods to you. That third party service provider has undertaken to us that they will protect that information, will not pass it on, not use it for any other purpose than to deliver your ordered goods to you.
We may also ask you to give us optional contact information, for example your mobile number and demographic information like your age.
If you subscribe to our mailing lists for pre-orders and other information, you will be asked to specify the areas in which you are interested so that we can tailor the information which we send to you to cover the topics and books which we believe you might be interested in.
We may, from time to time, send with your ordered products, inserts advertising the goods or services.
We may also use your information for the purpose of providing you with information about any special offers, author signings and other events or features of our website which we think may be of interest to you and for related marketing purposes.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and your details on our database.
We monitor customer traffic on an aggregate basis in order to help us develop and improve our website for the benefit of our customers. In order to enhance your use of the website you will be given a session ID which will only last for the duration of that visit to the site. Each time you visit the site you will have a different session ID.
By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this Policy. If we change our Privacy Policy we will post the changes on this page so that you may be aware of them. We will also email you should we make any changes and give you a chance to ask us not to use your information in that way. Because the Internet infrastructure is global, and it is not possible to predict the routes that information sent over the Internet will take, the information you provide may be transferred temporarily via a route which takes it outside the European Economic Area as it passes between you and us. Terms and Conditions for the supply of Good Luck Publishers products

Your details
a. When you register with the Good Luck Publishers website, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions taken under these details. You should keep your password safe and not disclose it to anyone. You should change it immediately if you feel it has been compromised.
b. If any of your details change, such as your credit card billing address, you must inform Good Luck Publishers as soon as possible. You may update your details by signing into your account on the Good Luck Publishers website, and update the relevant section.

The contract between us

a. Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Good Luck Publishers Limited, whose registered office is situated at 415 Laxmideep, 9 Laxmi Nagar, District Centre, Vikas Marg, Delhi – 110092.
b. Good Luck Publishers must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Payment is not taken until the point of dispatch of the goods to you from our distribution centre. Once payment has been received Good Luck Publishers will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Good Luck Publishers acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
c. Good Luck Publishers are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

Availability of goods you order

As per our policy you will not be able to place any order in case the book is out of stock. If in case it is not mentioned on the website and the order is placed then we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited will be re-credited* to your account and Good Luck Publishers will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. Good Luck Publishers will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update. Please note that the price the goods are offered for tender are as displayed in the Shopping Basket. Rest assured your credit card will only be debited as your order or individual items from your order are dispatched.
Multi-buy offers
Prices exclude postage. Promotions apply to listed titles only, which are subject to change and availability. If you choose to purchase a product from a multi-buy offer, but do not purchase enough products to qualify for the special discount, the product will be charged at the normal price.
Re-credit*- Your payment will be debited from your card via third party “Payumoney”. We will notify the third party for the re-credit. This may take upto 30 working days. However we will try our best to ensure that the process goes smoothly. Any dispute thus arising to this shall be dealt between the customer and them. Good Luck Publishers will not be liable for the same.

Delivery of goods to you

a. Good Luck Publishers will post, or arrange a courier on your behalf, for the goods ordered by you to the person and address you give Good Luck Publishers at the time you make your order.
b. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of dispatch of the order. All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.
c. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our distribution centre.

Liability

This is as follows:
a. If the goods Good Luck Publishers delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Good Luck Publishers shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem, in writing to info@goodluckpublishers.com within 4-5 working days from the delivery of goods in question.
b. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 07 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, Good Luck Publishers shall have no liability to you unless you notify Good Luck Publishers in writing at the Good Luck Publishers contact address of the problem within 15 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you.
c. If you notify a problem to Good Luck Publishers under this condition, Good Luck Publishers only obligation will be, at its option, to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment,
d. Good Luck Publishers will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to Good Luck Publishers under this condition and Good Luck Publishers shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph (c) above. e. Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit Good Luck Publishers liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract.

Force Majeure

Good Luck Publishers shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Invalidity

If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Good Luck Publishers excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Complaints

Good Luck Publishers operate a complaints handling procedure which is used to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. If you have a complaint, please contact us on info@goodluckpublishers.com

Governing Law

The contract between us is subject to jurisdiction of Saharanpur (U.P) India.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the current Good Luck Publishers website prices, delivery details and Good Luck Publishers contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by Good Luck Publishers. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by a director of Good Luck Publishers. In particular nothing said by any sales person on behalf of Good Luck Publishers should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by Good Luck Publishers. Good Luck Publishers shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

Disclaimer

The nature of Internet communications means that your communications may be susceptible to data corruption, interception and delays. Good Luck Publishers shall not be responsible for any detrimental reliance you place on this website or its contents.

'Good Luck' means Good Luck Publishers Limited of Good Luck Publishers, I-8 Industrial Estate, Delhi Road Saharanpur 247001, any connected organisation that actually supplies goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;
'working day' means every day of a calendar year apart from weekends and statutory and public holidays;
'us' means Good Luck Publishers and you together; and
'you' and 'your' means the person ordering goods under these terms and conditions.
